SHELLIE

Co-Founder & Product Development + Content Lead


June 2024 – Present

Shellie is a feminine clothing brand dedicated to empowering young women through stylish, elegant, and confidence-boosting fashion. As a co-founder, I lead the brand’s creative and marketing direction, with a focus on defining our digital presence across Instagram and TikTok.

I’ve overseen the full product development process—from clothing design and fabric selection to factory coordination—ensuring high production standards ahead of our first collection. I also directed and modeled our debut campaign, establishing Shellie’s visual identity and tone.

While our digital platforms are currently in early development, I have laid the groundwork for content strategy, audience engagement, and brand storytelling, with launch preparation now underway.

Graphic Designer

– Intania Case Competition (ICC) 2024

As the Graphic Designer for ICC 2024, I created visually compelling Instagram content that supported the competition’s communication goals and enhanced its professional image. Each post was thoughtfully crafted to align with the theme and objectives of each competition phase—from application calls to the final pitch showcase—ensuring clear messaging and consistent visual storytelling.

This role allowed me to combine creative design with marketing strategy, tailoring content to resonate with our audience and increase engagement. Collaborating with the communications team, I developed skills in content planning, social media marketing, and audience analysis to help maximize the competition’s visibility and reach.


Project 3

Glaze

Co-Founder | BAScii Innovation Project

2023 - 2024

Glaze was a conceptual skincare project developed as part of a course in BAScii, where I collaborated as co-founder to create a forward-thinking product aimed at modern skincare consumers. The project explored the intersection of beauty, technology, and microbiome science to develop Glaze Microbalance Beads Serum—a dual-chamber serum designed to deliver live probiotics and hydration in a single, press-activated application.

I conducted in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends in microbiome skincare and evolving consumer needs—particularly among Gen Z and young millennial users with acne-prone or sensitive skin. By analyzing gaps in the market, we developed clear value propositions such as probiotic microbead technology, a prebiotic support system, and skin barrier-focused claims.

The initial concept of Glaze featured a stainless steel roll-on applicator to deliver a refreshing, cooling experience. However, through user testing and material analysis, we identified hygiene and contamination risks. I helped propose an action plan to pivot the product direction—leading to a reformulated concept that addressed safety concerns while preserving product innovation and appeal.

In addition to product strategy, I also led the graphic design for the prototype, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to visualize packaging concepts and product presentation. This helped communicate the product’s identity and functionality effectively to both users and evaluators.

This project deepened my passion for beauty, skincare technology, and innovation, while strengthening my ability to analyze markets, anticipate consumer behavior, apply design tools, and creatively problem-solve through strategic product development.

FFF

Co-Founder | BAScii Innovation Project

2023

FFF is a conceptual fashion-tech platform designed to enhance the online shopping experience through AI-powered personalization. As a co-founder, I focused on developing strategic insights to position the brand effectively within a competitive market.

Throughout the project, I gained experience in building a brand positioning map, conducting competitor analysis, and identifying market opportunities. I also stayed up to date on industry trends in fashion and eCommerce, applying these insights to shape product direction and communication strategy. In addition, I gathered and interpreted user research data to inform design and marketing decisions.

This project helped sharpen my analytical thinking, research capabilities, and understanding of market-driven brand strategy within the fashion and beauty landscape.

Yoopie

Graphic & Product Designer – Beat the Biz 2023 Competition

In 2023, I participated in the Beat the Biz competition as part of a four-member team, where we developed Yoopie, a high-protein, low-calorie yogurt drink made with oats and pea protein, available in flavors like strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate banana.

As the team’s Graphic and Product Designer, I was responsible for designing the product’s visual identity, including packaging design and the prototype for a 230ml yogurt bottle. I also conducted ingredient research and performed competitor analysis to inform both product positioning and design strategy.

This experience allowed me to combine creative design with market insight, deepening my understanding of how to develop health-focused consumer products with strong shelf appeal and branding tailored to target audiences.

Organizing & Activity Team Member

In 2023, I took part in the BAScii Greeting event for first-year students as a member of both the organizing and activity teams. As part of the organizing team, I helped decide on a Circus theme, researched decoration ideas, planned resources, and visited the event venue to support setup planning.

In the activity team, I helped create and run activities designed to welcome and entertain junior students, making sure they felt included and had a good time.

This experience helped me improve my teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills while working with different groups to support a smooth and engaging event.

Scii Football

Operations & Marketing Support – Scii Football Manager

2022 - 2023

As a member of the Operations Department, I was responsible for coordinating sponsorships to secure support for our football team from well-known brands such as Shopee, SCG, Ari Football, Nestlé, Chabar, and Lactasoy. This role involved professional communication, partnership coordination, and aligning brand expectations with our event needs.

Beyond sponsorships, I contributed to the club’s revenue generation by helping design, produce, and promote Scii Football jerseys. I worked closely with a tailor shop on design development, and leveraged my personal Instagram to support promotional efforts, helping boost visibility and sales.

This experience enhanced my skills in brand collaboration, marketing communication, and strategic promotion, while giving me hands-on experience with managing partnerships and supporting product marketing from concept to consumer.

Scii Smile Club Charity

Organizing Team Member

2023

In collaboration with Operation Smile Thailand, Scii Smile Club Charity hosts annual fundraising events to support children with cleft lip and palate. As part of the 2023 organizing team, I contributed to both the creative and operational aspects of the campaign.

My responsibilities included designing the visual backdrop for our charity booth and organizing an interactive fundraising activity to attract and engage participants. I collaborated across multiple teams—including props, job site, promotion, and decoration—to ensure a cohesive and well-executed event experience.

This experience strengthened my skills in event planning, visual communication, cross-functional teamwork, and creating engaging experiences that resonate with the target audience and support a meaningful cause.

President, Green Student Council

Saint Joseph Convent School

2019-2022

Elected as President of the Green Student Council, I led the planning and coordination of school events, working closely with both students and teachers. This role strengthened my leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as I managed a team, delegated tasks, and ensured smooth execution of council activities.

I also developed the ability to manage time effectively and solve unexpected challenges, gaining valuable experience in teamwork and event coordination. In recognition of my efforts, I received the Student Council Honorary Certificateand the Volunteer Spirit Award.

This experience helped me grow as a proactive and collaborative leader, able to adapt and contribute in fast-paced team environments.
