Marketing Internship

During my internship as a Marketing Intern at Guerlain (L Beauty Thailand), I supported the execution of brand campaigns and product launch activations within the luxury beauty market, focusing on influencer marketing, PR coordination, and event operations. I conducted weekly social media tracking to monitor brand mentions, analyze creator performance, and identify potential KOL partnerships, providing insights to support campaign planning. I also managed PR seeding logistics by preparing and coordinating product deliveries to influencers and media partners to support campaign visibility. In addition, I contributed to product launch activations and brand events, including the launch of VÉTIVER FAUVE at Siam Paragon, where I supported event setup, guest coordination, and operations for over 50 attendees, as well as other exclusive VIP customer events designed to strengthen brand engagement. Through these experiences, I gained hands-on exposure to executing marketing strategies within a global luxury beauty brand and developed a deeper understanding of how influencer partnerships, PR strategies, and immersive brand experiences enhance brand visibility and consumer connection.

I co-founded Shellie.babie, a feminine fashion brand focused on empowering young women through elegant, confidence-boosting designs, where I led the end-to-end development and marketing of our first collection. I oversaw the full product development process—from clothing design and fabric sourcing to coordinating with garment factories—to ensure high production standards and a successful launch. In parallel, I directed the brand’s creative identity and digital marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Lazada, developing brand storytelling and creating short-form video content to engage audiences and strengthen our digital presence. I also directed and modeled in our debut campaign to establish a cohesive brand image. To expand our sales channels, I launched Shellie on Lazada, where one product ranked among the Top 19 in the Tanks & Camisole category, demonstrating early traction in e-commerce. Through building the brand from concept to market, I gained hands-on experience in consumer-focused product development, digital marketing, social media content creation, and e-commerce strategy, while learning how creative storytelling, data insights, and agile execution can strengthen brand positioning and drive engagement.

Product Innovation Lead | CSII Innovation Project

Glaze was a conceptual skincare innovation project where I co-developed Glaze Microbalance Beads Serum, a dual-chamber probiotic serum designed to combine live microbiome-supporting beads with hydration in a press-activated application, targeting Gen Z and young consumers with acne-prone or sensitive skin. As Product Innovation Lead, I conducted market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in microbiome skincare and define the product’s value proposition, including probiotic microbead technology, prebiotic skin support, and barrier-focused benefits. I also surveyed 42 consumers to evaluate packaging preferences and hygiene concerns, which informed a strategic pivot from the initial stainless steel roll-on applicator to a safer and more hygienic concept while preserving the product’s innovative experience. In addition, I designed the product and packaging prototype using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to communicate the brand identity and functionality of the concept. Through this project, I strengthened my ability to translate consumer insights and market analysis into product innovation, while developing skills in beauty trend analysis, product positioning, and visual communication, deepening my interest in how science-driven skincare and strategic marketing can create meaningful beauty solutions.

As a Graphic Designer in the Communication Team for the Intania Case Competition 2024, featuring PTT as the case company, I developed visually engaging Instagram content to support the competition’s marketing and communication strategy. I planned and designed promotional posts across different phases of the competition—from the application announcement to the final pitch—ensuring clear messaging and consistent visual storytelling aligned with the event’s professional identity. By applying social media strategy and understanding the target audience of university students, I created content that increased engagement and visibility for the event, successfully attracting 30 applicant teams to participate. Through this experience, I strengthened my skills in content creation, digital marketing, and audience-focused design, while learning how strategic visual communication and social media campaigns can effectively build awareness and drive participation.

Product and GraphicDesigner – Beat the Biz 2023 Competition
Yoopie was a product innovation concept developed during the Beat the Biz competition, where my four-member team created a high-protein, low-calorie yogurt drink made with oats and pea protein, designed for health-conscious consumers seeking convenient nutrition. As the team’s Product and Graphic Designer, I defined the brand identity and designed the packaging concept, including a 230ml yogurt bottle prototype, to create strong shelf appeal and communicate the product’s health-focused positioning. I also conducted competitor analysis and ingredient research to identify market opportunities and support the product’s differentiation within the functional beverage category. By combining visual design with market insights, the project strengthened my ability to convert consumer needs and industry trends into product concepts and branding strategies, while developing skills in product positioning, packaging design, and consumer-focused innovation.

FFF was a conceptual fashion-tech platform designed to enhance the online shopping experience through AI-powered personalization, helping consumers discover products that better match their preferences and style. In this project, I led the market research and strategic positioning, conducting competitor analysis and developing a brand positioning map to identify opportunities within the fashion and e-commerce landscape. I also analyzed industry trends and gathered user research insights to better understand consumer shopping behavior, using these findings to shape the platform’s value proposition and communication strategy. This project strengthened my ability to analyze markets, uncover consumer insights, and develop data-informed brand strategies, while deepening my understanding of how technology, personalization, and digital experiences can influence consumer engagement in the fashion and beauty industry.

Operations – CSII Football Manager

As part of the Operations Team for the CSII Football Club, I led coordination with brand sponsors to secure partnerships and resources that supported club activities and events. I managed sponsor communications and partnership alignment with brands including Shopee, SCG, Ari Football, Nestlé, Chabar, and Lactasoy, ensuring sponsor expectations were effectively integrated into club initiatives. In addition, I initiated and executed the launch of the CSII Football jersey, overseeing design development with a tailor shop and driving promotion through social media channels to increase visibility and engagement. The launch generated over 100 pre-orders, contributing to the club’s revenue and strengthening community engagement. Through this experience, I built strong capabilities in partnership management, marketing execution, and product promotion, while learning how proactive brand collaboration and targeted marketing efforts can drive awareness and audience participation.

As a member of the organizing team for the CSII Smile Club Charity event in collaboration with Operation Smile Thailand, I supported the planning and execution of a fundraising booth at the CEO Chula Festival to raise awareness and support for children with cleft lip and palate. I designed the booth’s visual backdrop and developed an interactive fundraising activity to attract and engage festival participants. Working alongside teams responsible for props, promotion, decoration, and operations, I helped ensure the booth experience was visually cohesive and effectively communicated the campaign’s purpose. This experience strengthened my skills in event activation, visual communication, and collaborative project execution, while deepening my understanding of how engaging experiences and clear messaging can encourage audience participation and support meaningful social initiatives.

I contributed to the planning and execution of the BAScii Freshmen Welcoming Event, an orientation event designed to introduce first-year students to the BAScii community and create an engaging first university experience. As part of the organizing team, I helped develop the Circus-themed concept, researched decoration references, planned event resources, and visited the venue to support layout and setup preparation. In the activity team, I designed and facilitated interactive activities aimed at welcoming and engaging new students, helping create an inclusive and energetic atmosphere throughout the event. Through coordinating with multiple teams to deliver a cohesive event experience, I strengthened my skills in event planning, creative concept development, and cross-team collaboration, while learning how well-designed experiences and coordinated execution can effectively engage audiences and build a strong sense of community.
